Women-Only Fitness in Dubai

Key takeaways

Al Mamzar Beach reopened on 5 May 2026 after a Dubai Municipality revamp. It now includes a fenced, women-only public beach that What's On describes as open 24/7. That beach adds to an existing set of ladies-only options in Dubai, from a members' club in Jumeirah 2 to a women-only gym in DAMAC Hills. Here is what each offers, with the dates of the information.

Beaches and parks

Al Mamzar Corniche women-only beach. Dubai Media Office described the beach in April 2026 as a public beach reserved exclusively for women, fully enclosed by a fence and designed for night swimming. The wider corniche has walking, jogging and cycling tracks, fitness zones and a covered skate park. Fees and exact hours were not published when the beach opened, so check with Dubai Municipality before you go.

Al Mamzar Beach Park ladies' days. Gulf News (April 2026) reports that the park holds ladies-only days during the week. Entry is AED 5 per person or AED 30 per car. The days themselves have changed several times over the years. Khaleej Times reported in 2015 that boys over four were not admitted on ladies' days. Confirm the current days and rules with the park.

Clubs and gyms

Dubai Ladies Club, Jumeirah 2. A women-only club on the beach. Privilee's November 2023 listing describes:

Classes have included Les Mills Body Pump, barre, yoga and float fit in the pool, and the schedule changes monthly. Gulf News gives prices of around AED 150 on weekdays and AED 250 at weekends (April 2026).

Fitness First DAMAC Hills. The club page describes this branch as "exclusively for ladies". It has cardio, strength and free-weights areas, a spin studio, a group exercise studio and reformer Pilates. It runs more than 90 group classes a month, including Pilates, barre, yoga, spin, Zumba, boxing, TRX and Les Mills. It opens 6am–11pm Sunday to Thursday, with separate Friday and Saturday hours listed on the club page.

MOVE at FIVE ladies' days. In July 2026, Khaleej Times reported free gym and pool access for women every Wednesday at FIVE Palm Jumeirah and every Thursday at FIVE Jumeirah Village. Extras such as reformer Pilates were bookable at a cost. Check that the offer is still running before you go.

Free and outdoors

Women-only facilities are limited, but Dubai's public outdoor gyms and park tracks are free and open to everyone. See our guides to free outdoor gyms in parks and on beaches and where to run in Dubai.
