Padel in Dubai: How Court Booking Works and What It Costs

A 90-minute padel court in Dubai was listed at between AED 320 and AED 460 across ten venues in Property Finder's guide updated in September 2026. Split between four players, that works out at roughly AED 80 to AED 115 each.

How booking works

Padel is played in pairs, so a standard booking is one court for four players. Most Dubai venues rent the whole court for a fixed slot, usually 60 or 90 minutes, and the group shares the cost. A few charge per person instead.

• Apps and venue platforms. Property Finder notes that many venues take bookings through booking apps or their own websites, and suggests setting up an account in advance.
• Phone and WhatsApp. Smaller clubs also take bookings by phone or WhatsApp.
• Book early for peak times. Evening and weekend slots fill quickly.
• Read the cancellation policy. Policies are set by each venue; check before you pay.

Peak and off-peak

Prices rise at busy times. One Downtown Dubai venue in the guide charges AED 360 for 90 minutes off-peak (6am to 3pm) and AED 405 at peak (3pm to 11pm). Viya Padel at Mina Seyahi defines peak as 7am to 9am and 5pm to 10pm, Monday to Saturday, and all day Sunday; its per-person guest rate for 90 minutes is AED 75 off-peak and AED 95 at peak, for up to four players.

Packages and memberships

Regular players can lower the price per game. Examples from the guide and venue price list:

• Ten 90-minute bookings for AED 900 at one Al Quoz and Meydan venue, or 20 for AED 1,600.
• Ten 90-minute bookings for AED 3,800 at another venue, against AED 400 for a single booking.
• A monthly membership from AED 499 including one session a day at one club.
• Viya Padel members pay AED 50 per person, and can buy 15 90-minute matches for AED 999.

Members' rates also apply at a women-only padel facility in Jumeirah 2, where 90 minutes was listed at AED 315 for members and AED 420 for non-members.

Extras

Most clubs do not include balls in the court fee; they are sold or rented separately. Racket hire was listed at AED 30 and AED 31.50 at two venues, and Property Finder puts the typical range at AED 25 to AED 35 a session.

Opening hours

Hours vary widely. Among the venues listed, one in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 is open 24 hours, several run from 6am or 7am to midnight, and the women-only facility opens from noon to 10pm.

Before you book

• Confirm whether the price is per court or per person, and for how long.
• Ask whether balls and rackets are included.
• Check peak times and the cancellation policy.
• Indoor or shaded courts matter in summer; ask before booking a daytime slot.
• Find more sports venues in our Directory, and see what is on during the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
