The Wellbeing Voice Desk · 30 Oct 2026

Saray Spa at JW Marriott Marquis charges AED 120 on weekdays and AED 180 at weekends for gym, wellness and pool access. Hotel Gym Day Passes in Dubai for Non-Guests

Key takeaways

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai sells a day pass through its Saray Spa that covers the hotel's gym, wellness and pool facilities for AED 120 per person on weekdays and AED 180 at weekends. At Dubai Creek Resort, Amara Spa's AED 200 weekday pass includes the fitness centre along with the pool, sauna and steam room. For non-guests, this kind of bundled day pass is the most common published way into a hotel gym.

How access usually works

The gym comes with other facilities. None of the passes above is gym-only. You pay for the hotel's leisure floor or club, which typically means the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and changing rooms together.

Weekend pricing applies. Both JW Marriott Marquis and Amara charge more at weekends, and Amara also charges its higher rate on public holidays.

Not every pass includes the gym. Pool and beach passes generally cover only the pool and beach. Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach's summer 2025 spa package stated outright that gym access was not included. If training is the point of your visit, ask specifically.

Booking platforms are an option. The DayPass app lists a rooftop pool and gym pass at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan in Garhoud, with facilities including the gym, outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, lockers and towel service. Its terms: a small deposit when booking, the balance paid at check-in, and free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before.

Age rules

Children's access to gyms and spas is restricted at many hotels. JW Marriott Marquis lists spa treatments for guests over 18 and facials for over-16s. Amara sells child passes for ages 6 to 15. Ask about gym age limits before bringing teenagers.

Regular access and memberships

If you want to use a hotel gym several times a week, ask the hotel whether it offers a monthly or annual membership. Terms, prices and what is included are set by each property and are not always published online, so get them in writing before you sign.

Compare any membership price with the day-pass rate: at AED 120 a visit on weekdays, the JW Marriott Marquis pass gives a simple benchmark for how often you would need to go for a membership to cost less.

Before you go
