Our second Round Table turned to the workplace, where so much of the region’s wellbeing is won or lost. The panel was blunt: perks are not the problem to solve, and not the solution either.
The discussion centred on leadership behaviour, workload design, and the psychological safety to actually use the support on offer. Culture, the panel agreed, is the real intervention.
